It starts from the education system college itself
Well I went to counseling in a renowned college with one of my cousin, and after seeing counter for General category, SC & ST category. Cut of list was as follows:
For general : somewhere upto rank 500.
For SC : It was 2700 and for ST it was somewhat 6000+.
Govt gives logic that, since these guys were somehow didn’t get chance to get proper study due to their poor financial condition, these must be given equal chance of study via means of reservation system so that they can improve their condition of living and society. So here indirectly government is telling to the people that our sick policies are not good enough to improve your financial condition, which we can never, so instead of we will provide you guys directly chances to go ahead whether you are capable for same or not. BTW govt. will not be able to answer this question that why this is on name of caste instead of financial condition of a common men.
Now let’s foresee after completion of study these students start searching for job in various departments.
Govt. again gives logic that due to caste of some people is different from others, they are not able to read at par with the general students, therefore people of special caste should given reservation in jobs as well which includes very crucial responsibilities job like( doctor, engineer, administrative officer and so on….).
Well now if we evaluate these policies closely we will find following things:
It’s Impact
When a merit list of job is prepared, it is very similar to the merit list which I have described for taking admission to college. On the basis of these merit list candidates got job in various fields now consider some live examples:
A Doctor who has been Doctor just because of 55% is doing operation in an operation system. During performing operation it comes to know that some part of the operation requires understanding where it didn’t got remaining 45% marks. What does that doctor is going to do at that moment. Will it stops operating that patient and asks its colleagues that he don’t know how to proceed further. Or will it choosing some phone or friend option where it will be asking what next to do. Believe me even if patient dies inside Operation Theater, relatives of patient can’t do anything because they have signed some document because of which they legally agreed for same.
At that moment they consider this death as destiny of their relatives , but they don’t exactly know that it was not his destiny, it was lack of knowledge of doctor which has killed their loved ones. I don’t consider this death as natural death.
And what about the doctor, since even when it was doing study, it was aware from the fact that system of this country will firstly provide him/her not only job but also frequent promotions not because of its capability but just because of its name.
Now think a similar case with an engineer who has been given responsibility to design a bridge, again its same case, this guy who is sitting on the approval chair is not sitting there because of its capabilities, rather than he is sitting there just because of his name. Now suppose some junior engineer bring it a design , and due to lack of knowledge it may be possible that some wrong design get approved which will finally leads to construction of a bridge. (We all are aware how strong is the general quality of construction by govt. ) Suppose due to design flaw that bridge collapse and 100+ people dies in same. Does any one will be punished for same? I think there are been already dozens of incident had happened in this country but I haven’t seen anyone getting punished for same. This example can be treated anywhere in govt system.
Think about an administrative officer who has to give orders within a fraction of second whether to shoot over a mob or not. Do you think at such situation an incapable officer who has just been promoted over couple of its general colleges with far better capabilities then it will be able to take better decision then them. Do anyone knows that people killed due to ill administration count in india is more than 1000 times people got killed in terrorist attack...
Think about a civil engineer responsible for collapse of a building and killing dozens of people just because of its lack of knowledge.
Think about a railway accident just because a railway officer is not capable enough to instantly take decisions to stop a suddenly arouse accidental situation and all the death, injuries and loss of govt property.
Think about a Idiotic Army officer because of Idiotic orders of whom, army personnel got killed, again and again, again and again. And the worst part, you can’t even do complaint for same as it is considered as breach of Orders.
Think about a Indian representative outside India, who has to deal with highly qualified and intelligent people from all over the world. In that case probability of fooling these representatives is far more than fooling one who have qualified for a job based upon its knowledge and power of decision making, rather than it belongs to a particular community and is not able to compete with others.
Whenever any mis-happeing occurs no matter for what reason, govt have only a single statement to issue.., "Inquiry of this matter will be done by CBI". Well in case opposition goes more strong then that officer is posted somewhere else. Which means govt. is indirectly saying that no worries whatever destruction and killing you can do in this area has been done. Now you should do the same at some other location :D. Amazing logic given by the government.
There is an old golden rule of management that a donkey works just for 2 reasons in its whole life, either to get some carrots or due to fear to get beaten. And our government reservation system provides them both without doing much efforts which finally leads (exceptions are everywhere) them less eager to learn things in job as they know they will be promoted without showing any knowledge capabilities.
Now think of a scenario where an intelligent person is asked to follow an order of a Donkey. The person who has to follow orders knows that person sitting above is good for nothing and its orders are just a piece of crap which he has to execute. 3 conditions can happen due to this:
1)
- Junior officer acts as a donkey, which was expected by the senior donkey and execute whatever has orders of foolishness have been passed to it.
- Oppose those orders and face bad remarks in its service book which will eventually leads to delay or no promotion, or sometimes even suspension.
- Develop a habit of saying yes sir in front of the officer and behind it just keep on using slang's for his officer and his orders.
Believe me no matter how intelligent an officer is, when its juniors comes to know that this person has been promoted just because of its caste and not because its qualification, it’s the same moment the officer will loses its desired respect among colleagues and juniors.
My Open Questions for Government (or anyone) who support reservation in jobs:
- What is the reason why most of profit making department run by government are in loss? Is it the top management who has been promoted just because of their caste instead of their knowledge and their incapability to foresee outcomes of their decisions?
- What is the reason why very big projects of government have been shattered just like castle of cars and giving government loss of billions? There are 100’s of examples spread across India (IDPL is one). Is this because management committee of Idiot officers promoted was far less capable from the responsibility given to them?
- Is it the reason there are 100’s of road accidents of vehicles driven by Govt. employees in India? Do any one in India knows that by giving job of a driver with less driving capabilities govt is giving license to play with the life of passengers as well as other person commuting on the road.
- Is this the reason why number of death cases are increasing while doing treatment in hospitals of India, because a doctor who is considered god by a patient doesn’t have enough knowledge to do treatment of its patient.
- Is it this because Govt. is spending billions and billions of amounts in maintenance of its property because the top official doesn’t have knowledge to anticipate and choose right decisions?
As a Indian I don't want to listen excuses, if you don't deserve a position you should leave it for sake of honor to that designation, otherwise it will not raise falters position in front of common people, it will cause people to dishonor that particular position.
Well at the end I would like to add at the end, I am not against growth of any particular community, in fact all should have equal right to go ahead. But if job is given to a person who is far less capable of executing that job, it’s not a single person, instead its whole country without any discrimination suffers.
And at last I would like to add that do we guys know that what responsibility govt. does takes if any mis happening occurs (No matter whatever reason it is, a railway accident because of decision of an official) ”marne walo ke liye 2 Lakh Rs, for seriously injured 50,000, and choti moti injury walo ke liye 10,000”. Kodos.
That’s what govt. does if something goes wrong because of their idiotic decisions.
Also if you think government pays salary to the government employees from their pocket, it is not so, it is actually a common people from whom government collect money in forms of various taxes, which enables govt. to pay salary. So indirectly all the losses mentioned above (which happen due to idiots officer) are bore by us.
Request to people of India
So just want to request to the people of India, there are some people who play dirty politics of reservation do more danger to India that can be done by Intelligence agency of our dear neighboring country.

I would request my neighbor that if instead of promoting terrorist activities, more effective and efficient would be promoting and funding these sort of political leaders who have capability to divide India in terms of religion, caste, area etc. Although this methodology requires a lots of patience but believe me it’s 100% effective and you will get desired result without firing a single bullet. Think of some idiot scientist has developed a war technology which it think that it will work and another idiot have approved it. It’s only in war when somebody using it says “Damn it doesn’t work”. Think about an idiot officer who himself not capable enough to save his life have been given responsibility to save soldiers under it.
Remember it is evident from history, that if people living in India come to know that they are attacked by some foreign force, they irrespective or religion, caste, region etc units together to answer the attack. But if same happens within country they keep on ignoring all these sort of news (Naxal is the best example of same, what I believe that last year more soldiers were killed in Naxal attacks than on Border) I bring to your knowledge that it was East India company (Europeans specially German : I do hats off for them, most of them are capable of thinking far beyond than thinking of people of our area..) very easily was able to capture India because at that time it was divided into very small small territories, the one very similar to these days. Only the difference is that at that time virtually it was kings who were fighting to save their territory by hook or crook, now these are politicians. Later when India united you know what “Britishers (Again amazingly sharp mind people)” were forced to leave the country. So what I believe you need not to think so many things, just keep promoting these sort of people you will get what is expected.
Well generally I don’t take interest in politics but I am getting headache after I have started viewing news from sometime. I was also highly inspired on this topic after reading what “Azim Premji” have written over Reservation system in form of a cricket match. But I do believe that most of the people who choose government will not be able to understand what he was trying to say. So I thought to state same more precisely so that common men can understand the impact of cancer of reservation system.
